At Westwise Group, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how Westwise Group collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit www.westwisegroup.com or interact with any of our other websites, call center services, and related digital properties (collectively, the "Services"). This policy applies to all brands and websites operated by Westwise Group. By visiting the Site or using the Services, you agree to our Terms of Service and to our use, collection, and disclosure practices, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of our Services.
We collect information from or about you in several ways, including information you provide to us directly, information we automatically collect when you use our Services, and information we receive from third parties.
When you use our Services, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:
We participate in interest-based advertising and use third-party tracking technologies to provide you with targeted advertisements and measurement services. We use analytics services to help us understand how users access and use the Services. We work with agencies, advertisers, ad networks, and other technology services to place ads about our products and services on other websites and services. For example, we place ads through Google and Meta and via other social media platforms that you may view on their platforms as well as on other websites and services. As part of this process, we may incorporate tracking technologies into our own Service (including our website and emails) as well as into our ads displayed on other websites and services. Some of these tracking technologies may track your activities across time and services for purposes of associating the different devices you use, and delivering relevant ads and/or other content to you ("Interest-based Advertising").
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
We use the information we collect for various business and commercial purposes, including:
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We will also use your personal information with your permission, for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to customize your experience with our Services and/or to contact you when necessary in connection with your use of our Services. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our Services including, without limitation, information described on the Site. We may also combine the information we have gathered about you with information from other sources.
By submitting your personal information to us, including through the Site or the Services, you are providing your permission to us and you agree that such actions constitute an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR §310 et seq.), as amended from time to time (the "Rule") and applicable state do-not-call regulations. As such, notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission's Do-Not-Call List, and/or on applicable state do-not-call lists, we retain the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the Rule and applicable state do-not-call regulations.
Where you provide your "prior express written consent" within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), and its implementing regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (47 CFR § 64.1200), as amended from time-to-time ("TCPA"), you consent to receive telephone calls from us and/or our designated third-party service provider(s), including artificial voice calls, pre-recorded messages, and/or calls (including SMS text messages) delivered via automated technology, to the telephone number(s) that you provided to us. Please note that you are not required to provide this consent in order to obtain access to the Site or to view the Services, and your consent simply allows us and our designated third-party service providers, as applicable, to contact you via these means.
Please be advised that by agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are obligated to immediately inform us if and when the telephone number that you have previously provided to us changes. Without limiting the foregoing, if you: (i) have your telephone number reassigned to another person or entity; (ii) give up your telephone number so that it is no longer used by you; (iii) port your telephone number to another provider (e.g., landline, mobile, or other provider); or (iv) otherwise stop using that telephone number for any reason (collectively "Phone Number Change"), you agree that you shall promptly notify us of the Phone Number Change via e-mail at privacy@westwisegroup.com or by using one of the methods set forth in the "Contact Us" section below.

If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately.
