Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the Westwise Group, LLC Privacy Policy and describes how Westwise Group ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares certain consumer health data. Capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined herein, will have the meaning described in our Privacy Policy.

Consumer Health Data We Collect

We may, as part of our data collection intake services for an Advertising Firm, collect and process information on behalf of such Advertising Firm concerning your health or medical history that you voluntarily or your authorized representatives provide to us, including medical information, information concerning injuries, accidents, diagnoses, treatments, medications, medical providers, or other information relating to your physical or mental health ("Consumer Health Data").

How We Process Consumer Health Data on Behalf of Advertising Firms

We collect and process this Consumer Health Data solely on behalf of the Advertising Firm whose advertisement you responded to in connection with their evaluation of your matter and your engagement of their services. As part of your engagement of the Advertising Firm, they will advise you, where applicable, of their privacy and consumer health data policies, and will obtain your consent, to collect and share your Consumer Health Data under applicable law. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your affirmative consent before collecting or sharing Consumer Health Data. Consent to the collection of Consumer Health Data is separate from consent to sharing Consumer Health Data where required by applicable law. You may withdraw consent to future collection or sharing of Consumer Health Data, subject to applicable legal, professional, contractual, or other obligations and exceptions.

We do not sell Consumer Health Data.

Consent

Where applicable law requires consent for the collection or sharing of Consumer Health Data, we will obtain the required consent before collecting or sharing such information with the Advertising Firm. Where required by law, consent to collection and consent to sharing will be obtained separately.

Where permitted by applicable law, consent is not required to the extent collection or sharing is necessary to provide a legal service that you have requested.

You may withdraw consent to future collection or sharing of Consumer Health Data by contacting us at privacy@westwisegroup.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing that we are otherwise permitted or required to perform under applicable law.

Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may have rights concerning Consumer Health Data, including the right to request access to or deletion of such data and the right to withdraw consent to future collection or sharing.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy from time to time. If we materially change the categories of Consumer Health Data we collect or the purposes for which we collect, use, or share such data, we will provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law.
